Vicky Ann Morgan , 57 of Dalton, Georgia departed this life on  Wednesday, May 2, 2018. Vicky was born on September 16, 1960 in Rome, GA to the late Herman and Ruby Morgan, she was also preceded in death by her brothers, John Calvin Morgan and Claude Morgan.  She is survived by her husband, Phillip Sumner Jr; sons and their spouses, Michael and Heather Edwards of Rome, Andrew and Angel Sumner of Tunnel Hill, Marvin Edwards of Rome and Charles Sumner of Dalton; daughters, Misty Dawn and Troy Morgan of Rome and Samantha Sumner of Rome; sister, Shirley Davis of Rome; and 14 grandchildren.  A service to celebrate the life of Vicky will be held on a later date.
