Victor Manuel Zatarain, age 14, of Dalton, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, November 11, 2014. He was born on September 27, 2000. Victor is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Hector Alanis and Alfanzo Zatarain Olvera. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Raquel and Noncides Mariel Lopez Perez; his father, Victor Manuel Zatarain, Sr; grandmothers, Eva Alanis and Lorenza Zatarain Olvera; brothers, Gustavo Fraire, Ismael Fraire and Juan Fraire; a sister, Sophia Lopez. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Victor Manuel Zatarain will be held at 1:00 Pm on Satuday, November 15, 2014 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Oscar Ramirez officiating. Interment will follow at West Hill Cemetery. Juan Fraire, Gustavo Fraire, Ismael Fraire, Aaron Oceguera, Victor Manuel Zatarain, Sr, and Noncides Mariel Lopez will be serving as pallbearers. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 5:00 till 9:00 Pm on Thursday and Friday evening.
