Wanda Jennette Crowe, age 73, of Summerville, Georgia, formerly of Varnell, passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2019. She was born on October 20, 1945. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Floyd Crowe; parents, Enoch Mack Quarles and Pauline Quarles; brother, Freddie Quarles; and sister in law, Ruth Quarles. She is survived by her brother and sister in law, Gary and Kathy Quarles of Summerville; sister and brother in law, Carol "Geneva" and Fred Hendrix of Greenville, SC; 3 nieces, 1 nephew, 4 great nieces, 5 great nephews, 2 great great nieces, 1 great great nephew; and a special thank you to her friends and staff at Oakview Nursing Home in Summerville. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Wanda Jennette Crowe will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, June 29, 2019 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Pastor Jeremy Southers officiating. Interment will be at Varnell Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 5-9 PM Friday evening at the funeral home.
