Mr. Wayne McNeese, age 76, of Cohutta, GA. passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2023. He was born on January 7, 1947. He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd Taylor McNeese and Margie Evelyn "Gordy" McNeese; son, Chris McNeese; brother, William McNeese; sisters, Myrtle McNeese, and Darlene Beck. He is survived by his wife, Wanda McNeese; daughter, Vicky McNeese; sisters, Jeanette Graeter (Fred) of Tunnel Hill, Judy Petty of Cohutta, Sue Stevens (Gerald) of Cohutta; brother-in-law, Brent Beck; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several other nieces and nephews. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mr. Wayne McNeese will be held at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at Dalton Funeral Home with Bro. Billy Cantrell and Bro. Jim Mathis officiating. The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at Dalton Funeral Home.
