William D. Arnold, age 71, of Rossville, Georgia passed away Thursday, November 26, 2020. He was born on August 5, 1949. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Mary Jane Arnold. He is survived by his son, Justin Arnold of Casper Wyoming and Kyle Ridley whom he loved like a son; granddaughter, Jada Arnold. A private service for William D. Arnold will be held at a later date.
