Our History

Our History

Dalton Funeral Home is an independently owned facility that has been established for the beloved community that we all share. The friends who established the firm saw the need for a funeral home that conducts business based on respectful care of the deceased, proper counseling, humble guidance and honesty. Our firm has both the experience and the diversity that is required to render modern, professional services.

As funeral service providers, we realize that a funeral is a very solemn occasion that is to be handled with great care; it is also something that every family needs to aid in the long process of grieving the loss of a loved one. Every family should have the opportunity to memorialize their loved one, even if financial issues exist. At Dalton Funeral Home, this is always possible; every family is encouraged to hold a service that is both unique and fitting.

Our funeral home offers two large parlors, a kitchenette, and a spacious chapel with seating for three hundred people.

It is our mission to provide the families of northwest Georgia with the best funeral service in the area. The opportunity to be of service to you and your family at a time of great need is a privilege that we will never take lightly. Dalton Funeral Home hopes to earn the respect and the trust of the community by providing every family with professional, dignified service.
